WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING METHOD?
We use a combination of behavior, operant, and immersion methods. We believe training should be fun and enjoyable for your dog, and just as individual. Praising each correct action gives us something to build on, so we strive to help your dog attain as many correct actions as possible. We want them to look forward to training, not shy away from it.
IS THERE AN AGE AT WHICH A DOG IS TOO OLD TO TRAIN?
No. Each dog is different when it comes to how much they wish to please, how well they take to training, and how attentive they are to commands -- regardless of age. While it can be more difficult to un-train bad habits and re-train new ones, it's never too late to teach your dog.
DO YOU ONLY TRAIN CERTAIN BREEDS?
No. We are happy to train any breed of dog. Regardless of size or age, we are willing to work with your furry family member.
DO YOU WORK WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND/OR MILITARY PERSONNEL?
Yes. We are happy to help law enforcement and military personnel train their canine companion for their upcoming duties. We can help with such things as obedience, personal protection, search and rescue, and scent block training.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR THINGS LIKE MEDICATION DISPENSATION?
No. If your dog requires medication, or if they are on a special diet, we don't charge extra for administering these things. We do ask that you provide the medication, or food, but we don't charge you anything more for taking care of your pupper while they are staying with us.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Well, yes and no.
Once you decide you would like to move forward with training, we will work with you on what date you would like to begin. When a date has been settled on, we would require a 25% deposit to hold it. (This payment would apply toward your total training cost.)
If you do not wish to make a down payment, we are still happy to have you as a client, we just wouldn't be able to hold you a spot. For example, if you are looking to begin training tomorrow, and someone else is looking at that time as well, if they pay a deposit, they would get that time, even if we spoke to you first. But, if no one else pays to reserve that time, it would go to you.
We simply cannot hold a time without a deposit.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, credit or debit card, PayPal, and Venmo.
We do NOT accept check or money order.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds.
If your dog has completed training:
In lieu of a refund, we offer our lifetime guarantee. If you ever need help with an aspect of your dog's training after they leave us, we are here for you. All you have to do is let us know what you're needing help with.
If your dog has not completed training with us:
*If you change your mind about training, there is no refund of any previously paid deposit or training costs.
*If it is found that your dog is too aggressive for us to be able to handle without you being present, we will work with you on alternative training options, but no refund of any deposit or training costs will be given (this is why we ask if your dog is aggressive beforehand). If you are unsure how your dog will act, let us know that. We can schedule a meet-and-greet before any deposits or training costs are paid.*
*If you have paid for your session in advance, or have paid a deposit, but encounter problems with your scheduled dates, please let us know. We will work with you on rescheduling and finding a time that will work for both parties.

Our training method is an immersive experience for your dog. We offer a hands-on, interactive program that puts your dog in real-life settings and situations -- places they would be expected to perform in once they go back home. This means that, not only do they get training time throughout the day, they also get the benefit of things other places may change for. Things such as the following:
